RULES & REGULATIONS (General)

1. Students are required to submit the attested xerox copies of their marksheet and eligibility certificate etc.

2. The Processing fees, once paid will not be refunded in any circumstances.

3. Student shall abide by the rules and regulations of the Education India, as declared as and notified from time to time.

4. Students are not expected to indulge in any antisocial, criminal or political activities and confirming to his/her status as a student only.

5. Student if found damaging the property of the organisation they shall be punished and fined.

6. In case of any disputes regarding student’s affairs, they have to raise the disputes before the Authority of the Education India and will be settled only by the Arbitration, the exclusive jurisdiction of competent court/forums of Bokaro Steel City only.

7. In the event of student admitted to their own choice institute/college they shall abide by all the Rules and Regulations of the Institutes/Colleges/Universities.

8. In case of any failure on the part of the students before admission or after admission, the Education India will not be responsible.
